Indian Diplomacy caught in a deadlock

Sri Lanka	Colombo sought dilution of the 13th amendment before the Northern Provincial council elections. There is also the now routine negotiation over arrested fishermen, as well as the annual strain over UNHRC resolution	All seasonal issues, will likely come up again
China	On May 15, Chinese troops came into a remote part of the disputed India-China border in Ladakh. India demanded a return to status quo, and after 15 days, China withdrew	Border Defence Cooperation agreement signed
