இலவசமாக கொடுத்துக் கொண்டே இருந்தால்வளர்ச்சி பெற்ற மாநிலமாக திகழ்ந்துவிடுமா???

பீகார் தேர்தலில் ஐக்கிய ஜனதா தளம் - பாரதிய ஜனதா கூட்டணி வென்றாலும் வென்றது, எங்கு திரும்பினாலும், "அப்படியென்றால், தமிழகத் தேர்தலில் என்ன நடக்கும்?' என்பதே பேச்சாகி விட்டது.
பீகார் தேர்தலுக்கும் தமிழக அரசியலுக்கும் நேரடித் தொடர்பு எதுவும் இல்லை என்றாலும், அது சில மறைமுக விளைவுகளை ஏற்படுத்தும். பீகாரில் தர்ம அடி வாங்கியுள்ள காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி, தமிழகத்தில் தனித்துப் போட்டியிடுவது, தே.மு.தி.க.,வுடன் மூன்றாவது அணி அமைப்பது போன்ற முயற்சிகளில் ஈடுபட்டு, தன் கையைச் சுட்டுக்கொள்ளாது. ஒன்று தி.மு.க.,வுடனே தொடர்வது அல்லது அ.தி.மு.க.,வுடன் ஐக்கியமாவது என இரண்டு வாய்ப்புகள் தான் இருக்கின்றன. அந்தத் தைரியத்தில் தான் தி.மு.க., தலைவர் கருணாநிதியும், "சேர்ந்திருக்க வேண்டாமென்றால் சொல்லுங்கள், யோசிக்கிறோம்' என, ஜாடை மாடையாக ஒரு போடு போட்டிருக்கிறார். இதுவரை ஜாதி அரசியலின் உடும்புப் பிடியில் இருந்த பீகார் மக்கள், இரண்டாவது முறையாக ஐக்கிய ஜனதா தளம் - பாரதிய ஜனதா கூட்டணியை வெற்றி பெறச் செய்ததன் மூலம், அதில் இருந்து தாங்கள் முழுமையாக விடுபட்டுள்ளதை நிரூபித்துள்ளனர். அதே தீர்மானத்துக்கு தமிழக மக்களும் வந்தால், ஆச்சரியமான முடிவுகள் ஏற்படும்.
கடந்த ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு வரை, பீகார் இருண்ட காலத்தில் இருந்தது. தொடர்ந்து 15 ஆண்டுகளாக, வளர்ச்சி என்றால் என்னவென்றே தெரியாத நிலை ஏற்பட்டது. தடி எடுத்தவன் தான் தண்டல்காரன். நடுரோட்டில், துப்பாக்கியைத் தூக்கித் திரிவது சாதாரண நிகழ்ச்சி. இப்போது, எல்லாம் தலைகீழாக மாறிவிட்டது. ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளில், 15 ஆண்டு பின்னடைவை ஈடுகட்டிவிட்டது பீகார் அரசு. அடுத்த ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளில், குஜராத்துக்கு சவால் விடும் என, தாராளமாக நம்பலாம். ஆனால், தமிழகத்தில் அப்படி இல்லை. இங்குள்ள மக்களின் தன்மைக்கும், அரசியல் சூழ்நிலைக்கும், உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளுக்கும், தமிழகம், எல்லா துறைகளிலும் முதலிடத்தில் இருந்திருக்க வேண்டும். அப்படி இருக்கிறதா என்ற கேள்விக்கான விடை, எல்லாருக்குமே தெரியும். நிலம், காஸ் அடுப்பு, பம்ப் செட், கான்கிரீட் வீடு, "டிவி' என, அடுத்தடுத்து ஏதாவது ஒரு பொருளை இலவசமாக கொடுத்துக் கொண்டே இருந்தால், தமிழகம் வளர்ச்சி பெற்ற மாநிலமாக திகழ்ந்துவிடுமா என்பதை யோசிக்க வேண்டும். வளர்ச்சி என்பது, மக்களின் வாழ்க்கைத் தரத்தில் இருக்கிறது. நிலமோ, வீடோ, தங்கள் சொந்த உழைப்பில் வாங்கும் திறன் மக்களிடம் இருந்தால் தான், அது வளர்ச்சியில் சேர்க்கப்படும்.
தமிழகத்தில் அரிசி கடத்தலும், மணல் கடத்தலும் நடந்த காலம் போய், இப்போது ஆள்கடத்தலே சர்வ சாதாரணமாகிவிட்டது. ஆட்சி ஆரம்பித்த புதிதில், துணை முதல்வர் ஸ்டாலினை மதுரை ரயில் நிலையத்தில் ஒருவர், கத்தியால் குத்த முயன்றதாக பெரும் பரபரப்பு ஏற்பட்டது. அன்றிலிருந்து இன்று வரை, ஏராளமான வழக்குகள் பதிவாகின்றனவே தவிர, அவற்றின் மீதான தீர்வுகள் எட்டப்படுவதில்லை. குற்றவாளிகளைப் பிடிப்பதிலும், குற்றச்சாட்டுகளை நிரூபிப்பதிலும், தமிழக போலீசார், போதிய வேகம் காட்டுவதில்லை. இதேபோல, துறைச் செயலர்கள், துணைவேந்தர்கள் உள்ளிட்ட பல முக்கிய பதவிகளுக்கான நியமனத்தில் முறைகேடு நடப்பதாக தொடர்ந்து செய்திகள் வந்துகொண்டே இருக்கின்றன. லஞ்சம் என்பது, தலையாரி முதல், தலைமைச் செயலகம் வரை வேரூன்றி விட்டதாக புலம்பல்கள் தொடர்கின்றன. ஆளுங்கட்சியாக தி.மு.க., இருப்பதால் தான் இங்கு அவர்கள் மீது விரல் சுட்டப்படுகிறதே தவிர, எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் அப்பழுக்கற்று இருக்கின்றன என்று அர்த்தமல்ல.
தவிர, தமிழகம் இன்னமும் ஜாதி அரசியலின் பிடியில் தான் இருக்கிறது என்பதற்கு பல்வேறு உதாரணங்கள் உள்ளன. ராமதாசும், திருமாவளவனும், கிருஷ்ணசாமியும், கொ.மு.க.,வும் இன்னமும் இங்கு கோலோச்சுகின்றனர். எந்தப் பதவியில் எந்த ஜாதிக்காரர் இருக்கிறார் என்று, முதல்வரே பட்டியலிடுகிறார். குறிப்பிட்ட ஜாதியினருக்கு அ.தி.மு.க.,வில் முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுக்கப்படுவதாக, நீண்ட காலமாகவே புகார் இருக்கிறது. இந்த நிலை நீடிப்பதால், தேர்தல் முடிவுகள், கூட்டணியைப் பொறுத்ததாகத் தான் இருக்குமே தவிர, செயல்பாட்டைப் பொறுத்து அல்ல. பீகாரின் தேர்தல் முடிவுகளுக்கு, நல்லாட்சி, வளர்ச்சிப் பணிகள், சட்டம் - ஒழுங்கு என்பதை எல்லாம் தாண்டி, மக்களின் தீர்க்கமான முடிவு தான் முக்கியமான காரணம். இங்குள்ள வாக்காளர்களிடம், அது இருக்கிறதா என்பது கேள்விக்குறியே!

Abt Endhiran - in a blog....

In the audio function, Rajini said that watching Endhiran is an experience. I hope by this time almost 80% of the audience would have got this experience. So it is not the time to review this movie and saying movie is 100% perfect. Because everyone had said that it was the best ever movie made.For those people and the others who are still having questions with the logics in the movie I am creating this article in a question answer format. 1. Who is Isaac Asimov mentioned in the movie?
Isaac Asimov is the father of robotics who created three laws for the robotics. All the robots which are created should follow his rules. All the three laws have the basic concept that robot should not harm the human beings.
2. How come Chitti suddenly uses staking rollers in foot in railway tracks?
In the robotic conference scene, Vaseegaran said that Chitti, the robot has an inbuilt vehicle. So he uses the inbuilt vehicle on a track.
3. How it is possible to program all the words in a language to robot?
Yes, It is not possible to program all the words in a language to robot. In the scene when Chitti was driving Vaseegaran to the park he does not put the break, Auto driver comes and say “Savugraki”. Chitti suddenly utters “New word Savugraki”. So Chitti also does not know some words in the language.
4. Your answer to Q3 you are saying new word will not be used by Chitti, but when Aishwarya is saying I wasted the time and I don’t know what to do for tomorrow’s exam. Chitti using the word “Zigbee” showing with victory symbol?Hi “Zigbee: is a word. Zigbee is the protocol for USB3.0 transmitter which is used for the high tech bit in the exam in the film.
5. How Chitti charges himself in the train scene and comes to save Aishwariya?
Because at that time he has no feelings.Your question should be answered in two ways.Robot is programmed in such a way that it should automatically charge during low battery time. It is explained in the train scene, as soon as he gets down with the low battery he falls down searching for a plug point….and that’s why he catches a rowdy’s xyz part and he falls…..as soon as he was thrown out of the train….he picks up the current box and charges himself…..even in boom boom song….Shankar has showed a scene that robot charges himself.In the second way, if you watch the previous scene carefully while Ash caught on copying, and she will say CHITTI as mental. But Chitti will say at that time “Incomplete task”. So he will go to the roof and use vision technology for copying.In the same method the task was incomplete for Chitti when he fell down from the train so he charged up himself with the battery to save Aishwarya Rai.
6. Titanium can withhold 1000 degrees but when its got heated its temperature will increase to 600 degrees so when Chitti is holding the girl and infant with his hand probably she will die? Explain this logic.
When Chitti is running to save the people from fire, coolant valves activated message will appear. Probably this will rapidly cool the titanium. These kind of messages are used so brilliantly throughout the film. For example, after the robot seminar, when bunch of girls ask for photo, when they take photo with Chitti, when the flash comes, Chitti display shows ‘vision blur’ and that method was used in climax fight also.The Most Important Scene of the Film
7. How does Chitti say the blood group of Dr.Vasi just in a sight while he sees the drop in the floor?
Chitti has inbuilt blood scanner and during checking the blood group, Chitti message will show as analyzing DNA.
8. Is talking to mosquito a silly scene?
Some people claim that talking with mosquito is a silly scene. But languages and tones will have different frequencies. So when he is speaking with mosquitoes the change in frequency message will appear. (This is also excellent thinking by writer Sujatha who will explain global recession in a single word to the common man. He just wants to explain to the common man what Robot can do.) Also the scene makes people and children aware of the water borne diseases spread by mosquitoes. Now you tell… Is that a silly scene?
9. Whether this is copy of any Hollywood film?
Oliver Stone, the winner of 3 Oscar awards for direction said to the reporters it is the best Indian film he had seen with such originality.
10. Is there anything special about Resool Pookutty’s sound editing?
Yes. In all the scenes Chitty is moving hands, walking and any movement machine sound will appear all the time. (like kirk Kirk).

Aish turns 37.....

Aishwarya Rai recently ushered in her 37th birthday with her family and friends. And so..? This is a just another normal event and there is nothing Martian about it. It was just one more star celebrating her birthday. However, there is something that is absolutely new to the Indian scenario especially from a film world’s point of view. In an industry where heroines have a very short shelf life and where marriage rings in the death knell of roles in the leading capacity for the fairer sex, this former Miss World has held her fort for a commendable period in a quite elegant manner despite being on the wrong side in the age category for the glamour world. On her filmi career, she has appeared in 5 fine films of 2010, 2 in Tamil – Raavanan and Endhiran and 3 in Hindi – Raavan, Action Replayy and Guzarish and her performance in these films are also widely appreciated. She still is the most coveted and sought after actress and film makers don’t shy away from casting her in an Aishwarya-centric roles despite her age and marital status. On the personal front, she has managed to remain a good partner for Abhishek Bachchan and their marriage is replete with verve and color. The duo seemed to be very much in love which was evident in the recently held chat show of Karan Johar. She is also said to be taking an active part in the activities of her Pa Amitabh Bachchan’s ABCL and the Bachchans present themselves as one big unified family in any social event.To stay in the limelight brazing all oddities and that too with cool composure requires excellent vigor and Aishwarya Rai seems to have it all. "CNN Hero of the Year"

A woman whose group has rescued more than 12,000 women and girls from sex slavery has been named the 2010 CNN Hero of the Year. Anuradha Koirala was chosen by the public in an online poll that ran for eight weeks on CNN.com. CNN's Anderson Cooper revealed the result at the conclusion of the fourth annual "CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute."
"Human trafficking is a crime, a heinous crime, a shame to humanity," Koirala said earlier in the evening after being introduced as one of the top 10 CNN Heroes of 2010. "I ask everyone to join me to create a society free of trafficking. We need to do this for all our daughters."
Koirala was introduced by actress Demi Moore, who along with her husband, Ashton Kutcher, created DNA, The Demi and Ashton Foundation, which aims to eliminate child sex slavery worldwide.
"Every day this woman confronts the worst of what humanity has to offer," Moore said of Koirala "She says, 'Stop. Stop selling our girls.' By raiding brothels and patrolling the India-Nepal border, she saves girls from being sold into the sex trade, where they are being repeatedly raped for profit, tortured and enslaved.
"Since 1993, she has helped rescue more than 12,000 women and girls. Through her organization Maiti, Nepal, she has provided more than a shelter for these girls and young women, she has created a home. It is a place for them to heal, go to school, learn a skill, and for some who are infected with HIV/AIDS, it is the place where they can spend their days surrounded by love."
Koirala will receive $100,000 to continue her work with Maiti Nepal, in addition to the $25,000 awarded to each of the top 10 Heroes honored.

Miners Honoured:

The show opened with a salute to the 33 Chilean miners and five of the people who rescued them last month after the miners spent 69 days underground.
"For 69 days we were amazed by these 33 brave miners," Cooper said in welcoming the miners onto the Shrine stage. "Their ordeal was unthinkable; their rescue, unbelievable. No one has ever been trapped underground so deep for so long and survived.
"They endured a nightmare, experienced a miracle, and in the end became each others' brothers and heroes. On behalf of CNN Heroes, we salute all 33 Chilean miners."
After the miners sang the Chilean national anthem, two of them -- speaking through a translator and holding the Chilean flag -- expressed their appreciation.
"We want to thank the world, and we want to thank God for your prayers," Luis Urzua told the audience in Spanish.

The top 10 CNN Heroes, chosen by a panel from an initial pool of more than 10,000 nominations from more than 100 countries, were each honored with a documentary tribute and introduced by a celebrity presenter.

ஆசிய விளையாட்டு டென்னிஸ், ஒற்றையர் பிரிவில் இந்தியாவின் சோம்தேவ் தேவ்வர்மன், முதன் முதலாக தங்கம் வென்று, புதிய வரலாறு படைத்தார்.சீனாவின் குவாங்சு நகரில் 16வது ஆசிய விளையாட்டு போட்டி நடக்கிறது. இதில் ஆண்கள் ஒற்றையர் டென்னிசின் பைனல் நடந்தது. இதில் இந்தியாவின் சோம்தேவ் தேவ்வர்மன், உஸ்பெகிஸ்தானின் டெனிஸ் இஸ்டோமினை எதிர்கொண்டார்.இதன் முதல் சுற்றில் அபார ஆட்டத்தை வெளிப்படுத்திய சோம்தேவ், அடுத்தடுத்து கேம்களை வென்று முன்னிலை பெற்றார். முடிவில் 6-1 என எளிதாக சோம்தேவ் முதல்செட்டை கைப்பற்றினார். இரண்டாவது செட்டில் இஸ்டோமின் பதிலடி தருவார் என, எதிர்பார்க்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால் அடுத்தடுத்த செய்த தவறுகள், சோம்தேவுக்கு சாதகமாக அமைந்தது. இதையடுத்து இரண்டாவது செட்டையும் 6-2 என, எளிதாக சோம்தேவ் கைப்பற்றினார்.இறுதியில் 6-1, 6-2 என்ற நேர் செட்கணக்கில் வெற்றி பெற்ற சோம்தேவ் தேவ்வர்மன், முதன்முறையாக ஒற்றையர் பிரிவில் தங்கம் வென்று வரலாறு படைத்தார். ஏற்கனவே, ஆண்கள் இரட்டையர் பிரிவில் சனம் சிங்குடன் சேர்ந்து, சோம்தேவ் தங்கம் வென்று இருந்தார். இதற்கு முன் ஆசிய விளையாட்டில் லியாண்டர் பயஸ் (1994), மகேஷ் பூபதி (1998), ஸ்ரீநாத் பிரகலாத் (1998) ஆகியோர் வெண்கலம் மட்டுமே வென்று இருந்தனர்.அதிக பதக்கம்:கடந்த 2006 தோகா ஆசிய போட்டி டென்னிசில் இந்திய அணி 2 தங்கம், 2 வெள்ளியுடன் மொத்தம் 4 பதக்கங்கள் பெற்றிருந்தது. இம்முறை லியாண்டர் பயஸ், மகேஷ் பூபதி, ரோகன் போபண்ணா போன்ற நட்சத்திர வீரர்கள் இல்லாமல், இந்திய டென்னிஸ் அணி சீனா சென்றது. இதனால் ஒருசில பதக்கங்கள் பெறுவதே அதிகம் என்ற நிலையில், சோம்தேவ், சனம் சிங், சானியா மிர்சா போன்ற இளம் வீரர்களின் எழுச்சியால் இந்திய அணி 2 தங்கம், 1 வெள்ளி, 2 வெண்கலம் என மொத்தம் 5 பதக்கங்கள் பெற்று அசத்தியது.

ஜே.பி.சி., என்றால் என்ன?
அரசாங்கத்தின் அலுவல்கள் மற்றும் விவகாரங்கள் அனைத்திற்கும், பார்லிமென்ட் நடைபெறும் குறிப்பிட்ட காலத்திற்குள் தீர்வு காண்பது என்பது இயலாத காரியம். எனவே அரசாங்கத்தின் வேலைப்பளுவை குறைத்து, அனைத்து விவகாரங்களையும் பரிசீலனை செய்து, தீர்வு காணும் வகையில், மத்திய அரசு பல்வேறு கமிட்டிகளை அமைக்கிறது.இந்த கமிட்டிகள் இரண்டு வகையாக பிரிக்கப்படுகிறது. ஒன்று பார்லிமென்ட் நிலைக் குழுக்கள் என்றும் மற்றொன்று தற்காலிக கூட்டுக் குழுக்கள் (எச்.ஓ.சி.,) என்றும் அழைக்கப்படுகிறது. பார்லிமெண்ட் நிலைக் குழுக்கள் ஆண்டுதோறும் அமைக்கப்படும். ஆனால், எச்.ஓ.சி., எனப்படும் தற்காலிக பார்லிமென்ட் கூட்டுக் குழுக்கள் (ஜே.பி.சி.,) தேவை ஏற்பட்டால் மட்டுமே அமைக்கப்படும்.
ஜே.பி.சி., அமைக்கப்படும் முறை :
ஜே.பி.சி., அமைப்பதற்கு பார்லிமென்டின் இரு அவைகளின் ஒப்புதலும் வேண்டும். ஒரு அவையில் ஜே.பி.சி., அமைக்க மசோதா நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டாலும், மற்றொரு அவையின் ஒப்புதலும் பெற வேண்டும். இல்லையென்றால், இரு அவைகளின் தலைவர்களும் கலந்து பேசி முடிவு எட்டப்படும். பார்லிமென்டில் கட்சிகளின் எம்.பி.,க்களின் பலத்தை அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு உறுப்பினர்கள் நியமனம் செய்யும் நடைமுறை கடைபிடிக்கப்படுகிறது. தவிர, மூன்றில் இரு பங்கு உறுப்பினர்கள் லோக்சபாவிலும், ஒரு பங்கு உறுப்பினர்கள் ராஜ்யசபாவில் இருந்தும் 2:1 என்ற விகிதத்தில் நியமிக்கப்படுவர்.
ஜே.பி.சி.,யின் விசாரணை நடைமுறை :
ஜே.பி.சி., அமைக்கப்பட்டவுடன் அதற்கென சில விதிகள் மற்றும் நடைமுறைகள் வகுக்கப்படும். அதன்படி ஜே.பி.சி., செயல்படும். மேலும், விசாரணைக்கு தேவையான ஆலோசனைகளை நிபுணர்களிடமிருந்து பெற்று கொள்ளலாம். இதற்காக சிறப்பு ஆலோசகர்களும் நியமிக்கப்படுவர்.ஜே.பி.சி.,யின் விசாரணை மிகவும் ரகசியமாக நடைபெறும். ஆனால், விசாரணையின் தன்மைகள் குறித்து ஜே.பி.சி., தலைவர் அவ்வப்போது பத்திரிகையாளர்களுக்கு செய்திகளை வெளியிடுவார்.
கடந்த 25 ஆண்டு கால பார்லிமென்ட் வரலாற்றில், முக்கிய பிரச்னைகள் குறித்து விசாரிக்க ஜே.பி.சி.,க்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டன. ஆனால், ஜே.பி.சி., விசாரணை அறிக்கைகளால், பிரச்னைகளுக்கு எந்த ஒரு குறிப்பிடத்தக்க தீர்வுகளும் எட்டப்படவில்லை.

CAG about Spectrum scam....

The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report on the allotment of 2G Spectrum licences, tabled in the Lok Sabha today, has held former Telecom Minister A Raja responsible on many fronts for violating guidelines, indulging in favouritism and costing the government Rs. 1.76 lakh crores by mishandling the allocation of the 2G spectrum in 2008. The report, bits of which had become known in the days before it was tabled, has the Opposition parties up in arms and demanding a joint parliamentary committee inquiry. Parliament has not functioned for a single day in the Winter session with the Opposition forcing adjournments.The CAG report makes several damning conclusions about what Raja did incorrectly. On Nov 16, 2010 afternoon, the auditor addressed a press conference to explain its report and to answer questions on it. Using power point presentation slides, CAG officials recounted the entire audit process and how it had reached its conclusions.

Here are some highlights:

• Raja ignored advice of PM, Law Ministry, Finance Ministry
• Spectrum was rare national asset, should have been auctioned
• Allocated 2G spectrum to new players at throwaway prices

From the time allegations of misappropriation during the bidding for allocation of 2G spectrum surfaced, till Telecom Minister A Raja's ouster, high drama charged both politics in Delhi and Tamil Nadu. So what exactly is the Spectrum Scam that led to all this?

"ஸ்பெக்ட்ரம் 2 ஜி" --> King (Raja) of all Scams in India

ஸ்பெக்ட்ரம் 2 ஜி ஒதுக்கீட்டால் அரசுக்கு ஒரு லட்சத்து 76 ஆயிரம் கோடி ரூபாய் இழப்பு என, மத்திய அரசின் தணிக்கை துறை அறிக்கையில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. அந்த தொகை இருந்தால், தமிழக அரசு மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பட்ஜெட் போட்டிருக்க முடியும்; எத்தனையோ திட்டங்களை செயல்படுத்தியிருக்க முடியும். இவ்வளவு பெரிய தொகை இருந்தால், ஒரு மாநிலத்தையே தலைகீழாக மாற்றிவிட முடியும். இந்த ஒதுக்கீட்டால் அரசுக்கு ஆண்டுதோறும் வருமானம் கிடைக்கும் என்றும், முறைகேடு ஏதும் நடக்கவில்லை என்றும், ஐந்து தனியார் மட்டுமே இத்துறையில் இருந்ததை மாற்றி மேலும் சில தனியாரை கொண்டு வந்ததாகவும், அமைச்சர் ராஜா தரப்பில் தொடர்ந்து விளக்கம் அளிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. எனினும், இவ்வளவு பெரிய தொகை இருந்திருந்தால், தமிழக அரசு மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பட்ஜெட் போட்டு விட முடியும் என்று கணக்கிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த ஆண்டுக்கான தமிழக அரசின் பட்ஜெட்டில், வரவுகள் 63 ஆயிரத்து 91 கோடியே 74 லட்சம் ரூபாய் எனவும், செலவுகள் 66 ஆயிரத்து 488 கோடியே 19 லட்சம் ரூபாய் எனவும் மதிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதன் மூலம், 3,396 கோடியே 45 லட்சம் ரூபாய் வருவாய் பற்றாக்குறை ஆகிறது. இதுதவிர, கடன்கள், முன்பணம், மூலதனச் செலவுகளை கணக்கிட்டால், 16 ஆயிரத்து 222 கோடியே 13 லட்சம் ரூபாய் நிதிப் பற்றாக்குறை காட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே, 1.76 லட்சம் கோடி ரூபாய் இருந்தால், 10 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பற்றாக்குறை இல்லாத பட்ஜெட் போட முடியும். தமிழக அரசு எந்த வருவாயும் பெறாமல், மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பட்ஜெட் போட்டு விட முடியும். உணவு மானியத்துக்காக மட்டும் தமிழக அரசு 4,000 கோடி ரூபாய் ஒதுக்குகிறது. 1.76 லட்சம் கோடி இருந்தால், பெட்ரோல் முதல் அனைத்து பொருட்களையுமே மிக மிக மலிவான விலையில் வழங்க முடியும். அதுமட்டுமன்றி, நதிநீர் இணைப்பு, புல்லட் ரயில், இருவழி ரயில் பாதை, தனி சரக்கு காரிடர், சாலை வசதிகள் என அனைத்து மிகப் பெரிய திட்டங்களையும் இத்தொகையில் செயல்படுத்தி, தமிழகத்தையே சிங்கப்பூராக மாற்றிவிட முடியும்.
தமிழகத்தில் நான்கு கோடியே 30 லட்சம் வாக்காளர்கள் உள்ளனர். அவர்களுக்கு ஸ்பெக்ட்ரம் தொகையை பிரித்துக் கொடுத்தால், ஒரு ஓட்டுக்கு 42 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் தர முடியும் என கணக்கிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஐந்து ஓட்டுகள் உள்ள குடும்பத்துக்கு இரண்டு லட்சம் ரூபாய் தர முடியும். பொருளாதார வல்லுனர்கள் இந்த தகவல்களை தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். இதுவே மக்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்பாக அமையும் என்பதில் வியப்பில்லை.
