“Bush” language now comes to Indian Politicians

Recently the government of India made a remarkable saying such that, as the purchasing power of poor was increase due to Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, there is a high food inflation (What a brain our Indian politician has (not leaders))
When there is so much malnourishment in the country, how can Government of India say like this? The same such argument was given by the former USA President George W Bush when global food prices rose in 2008.
Totally our Government (Union Ministers) is using now the “Bush Language” for blaming the poor for food inflation in the country.
